There are many, many “new normal” things we’ve been doing to keep ourselves safe from the coronavirus that causes COVID-19. One thing that may not be as obvious, though, is including disinfecting to our regular routine of home care.
Some have set up “sanitization stations” in their garage or another area, where items brought into the home from the outside world can be wiped or sprayed with a disinfectant solution. While things like this may be happening through delivery services, manufacturers, or other companies already, there are many potential ways these items could pick up the virus along their way to your home.
Additionally – and perhaps just as beneficial – is regularly disinfecting the common touchpoints in your home, like light switches, buttons, door frames, etc. Doing so as part of your typical home cleaning routine and every time you arrive home from essential activities can play a big part in keeping your home coronavirus-free!
